Payment

BASIC+ALLY accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Klarna.
The payment will only be withdrawn from your account when the physical item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

  • We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or

  • The money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

We do not charge any card fees. The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped.

BASIC+ALLY uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card details with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, which means that your payment information is secure with us. We use Shopify Payments, Klarna, and PensoPay.

Shipping

BASIC+ALLY products are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 15:00. Our warehouse is open every day all year round, and we handle orders daily. Usually within 1-3 days.

You will receive updates about your order via the email or phone number you provided when placing the order.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 365-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 365 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 365 days after you received the last batch or part.

The period means that you have 365 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can visit our return portal, send an email to support@basicandally.com, or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.

Cancel part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in the same order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you cancel part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and you are responsible if the item is damaged during transport. If you use our return portal, we will cover the shipping.

Condition of the item upon return

If the item has lost its value and it is because you have used it in another way than necessary to determine the item’s nature, characteristics, and functioning, you can only get back part of the purchase amount. The amount you can get back depends on the condition of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount for which you are responsible. We refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen another form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you want to withdraw from the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned.

Right to complain

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have a 24-month right to complain. If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, replaced, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect was discovered, the complaint is always in time.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

Complaints

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, contact support@basicandally.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothes and shoes, however, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

If you shop at an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge at e-marked – regardless of the amount. Read more here.

Discounts

Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to deliver the item to you. The personal information is registered with Basic and Ally ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection of your information.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal information if you request it. This may be, for example, if your information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
