Can I mix my pack?

Can I feel the membrane when I move?
No, our Gravity Membrane™ is designed to be so thin and flexible (only 0.18 mm) that you won’t notice it when you move. It provides protection without compromising your freedom of movement.
We promise that as soon as you button up your pants, you won’t be able to feel your boxers — or worry about embarrassing situations.
Heat-tested in Dubai
We even sent a batch to Dubai to be tested in the summer heat — no problems.
Blind-tested by women
In the name of science (and just for fun), we invited a group of women to our office for a blind test, to see if they could spot which of our test subjects wore BASIC+ALLY boxers. They didn’t catch a single one!
How do I choose the right size?
We follow standard men’s underwear sizing, so choose the size you normally wear.
To find your size:
Lay a pair of your current underwear flat on a table and measure the waist. Compare the measurements with our size chart to find the best fit.

CARE & MATERIALS
How should I wash my BASIC+ALLY underwear?
For best care, we recommend washing your underwear at 40°C.
Avoid bleach and high temperatures to maintain the quality and durability of your product.
Note: They can handle higher temperatures, but we suggest lower ones to be kinder to the environment.
What’s the difference between cotton and bamboo underwear?
Yes, bamboo underwear is known for being softer and more breathable than cotton. It’s also more absorbent and naturally antibacterial — making it a healthier, more comfortable choice for your skin.
Do your underwear contain any harmful chemicals?
No, our underwear is certified free from harmful chemicals. We only use organic bamboo fabric that’s tested for safety and comfort.
Are BASIC+ALLY products eco-friendly?
Clothing production is never 100% “eco-friendly.” But yes — our underwear is made in the most sustainable way possible, using organic bamboo fabric. Bamboo requires far less water and no harmful pesticides compared to traditional cotton, making it a more responsible choice.

We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your fit. If the size isn’t right, you can return the unused underwear and we’ll exchange it for a better fit.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Denmark — Brønderslev, to be exact. Our warehouse handles orders every single day of the year. Pretty cool, right?
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep. That’s why we ask for both your email and phone number.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes—we ship worldwide.
(Okay, not to North Korea and a few other exceptions. If you live in a country we can’t deliver to, you probably have bigger worries than buying underwear from Denmark.)
