Refund policy
We make it easy for you to return your products.
Remember: You have a full 365-day return right on unused products.
Follow these steps if you want to return:
Pack the item properly and remember to include the order number, so we know which order the return applies to. Send an email to support@basicandally.se and write "return" in the subject line, and we will send you a free return label. If you want to pay for the shipping yourself, send to the following address, but note that unfortunately we cannot pick up parcels at collection points, since we use a remote warehouse.

Please note that the above may result in a depreciation of the item, which means that you only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the condition of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you only get back the shipping costs.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 365-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 365 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 365 days after you receive the last batch or part. The period means that you have 365 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase. You can visit our return portal, send an email to support@basicandally.com, or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.
Cancel part of the purchase
If you have bought several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in the same order.
Please note that you do not get back the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost yourself, and you are responsible for the item if it is damaged during transport. If you use our return portal, we cover the shipping cost.
Condition of the item upon return
If the item has lost its value, and it is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the condition of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may possibly lead to a depreciation of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount for which you are responsible. We refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen another form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned.

Warranty claims
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have a 24-month warranty right. If the complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a discount, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect was discovered, the complaint is always timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
